What is the Move + Plus Program? |

The Move + Plus Program is available as an employee benefit
program through your employer. The Move + Plus Program offers real estate
services plus Cash Back Bonus. |

All employees and their immediate family members are eligible
for this benefit program. |

How does the Move + Plus Program work? |
| |
|
This program was designed to offer excellent real estate
services with a Cash Back Bonus to an employee at closing of a purchase
or sale of real estate. Each employee will be assigned to work with a specially
trained Realtor who must meet the program’s criteria. A mortgage company
will qualify and work with each participant to obtain a mortgage approval
through a special Move + Plus program. |

What criteria is required by a real estate agent
to work with the employees? |

|
All Move + Plus Realtors must attend special training and
have experience and knowledge about the
area and price range of the employee they are assigned to work with. Only
the very best agents will be working on the program.

What happens when an employee enrolls in the
Move + Plus Program? |
| |
|
Each employee will register with the Move Coordinator. The
coordinator will act as an advocate
for the employee. Each employee participant will be assigned an agent who
is trained and
knowledgeable about the Move + Plus Program. The Move Coordinator will also
work with the
mortgage lender to qualify the participant for purchase transactions. The
Move Coordinator will
provide resources, options and support though out the transaction. |

with and also take advantage of the Move + Plus program, what should I do? |

All agent requests must be disclosed at the time of registration.
The agent that you request must
be approved and agree to the terms of the Move + Plus Program. |

Can you enroll in the program after a contract
has been written? |
| |
|
If an employee is already committed to a real estate agent
through a listing contract,
A Buyer Broker Agreement, or is already under contract to purchase or sell,
they will not be
eligible for the Cash Back Bonus Program. All employees must register prior
to transaction. |

Is there any special paper work needed for the
Cash Back Bonus Program? |
| |

Yes. An addendum is needed for the Cash Back Bonus Program
stating that both buyer and seller
are aware that this is a cash back affinity program. The assigned agent
will make sure that the
proper disclosure is completed correctly on your purchase or sale contract.

Can an employee enroll in the program and purchase
Investment Property or Land? |

Yes. Investment property and lots are included in the program.
The minimum sale price for
for all transactions in the Cash Back Bonus program is $50,000. |

Do you have to use the Mortgage Company to be
able to receive the Cash Back Bonus? |
| |
|
It is encouraged to use our recommended Mortgage Company
but it is not required. Ask
your coordinator for more details. |

Is there a limit on how many times I can take
advantage of this program? |
| |
|
No. You may use this benefit program as often as you like. If you are
selling or purchasing real
estate outside of Ohio you may still be eligible for the Cash Back Bonus
Program.
Some states prohibit Cash Back Bonus so call your Move Coordinator for more
